General
This site is owned by Link08 Limited. We are a registered New Zealand company.
Our purpose is to offer an online service to register to enter/sign-up for events as well as offer a range of merchandise/products. Both for online purchase by credit card.
We typically act on behalf of an Event for this process ONLY and in no way are we part of the planning or running of the Event or any associated activity of the Event.
Whilst we do our best to ensure that information on the site is correct, Link08 Limited does not warrant or represent any information viewed and accessed on the site as accurate, current and/or complete. Link08 Limited does not in any circumstance accept any liability whatsoever for error or omission.

Enter Online and Merchandise Products
Link08 Limited will endeavour to make entering Events and Merchandise available for purchase from the site at all times. From time to time, however, heavy demand, limited editions or other factors beyond the control of Link08 Limited may render the Events and Merchandise products temporarily or permanently unavailable. We will endeavour to notify customers if this will affect their registration/order in any way.

Registration, Merchandise and Orders
Online Registration and Merchandise (hereinafter referred to as products) will make up an Order and will be completed once checkout proceeds through the secure payment system. We use the payment gateway services of Direct Payment Solutions (DPS). An automatic e-mail confirmation of the Order will be sent to the customer's registered email address.
Link08 Limited reserves the right to review and/or to cancel Orders containing information that cannot be verified.
Link08 Limited reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order when (a) products are unavailable for any reason; (b) an order placed through the site has not been received by Link08 Limited for any reason; (c) full payment for the order has not been received by Link08 Limited from the customer; (d) order received that may be involved in any fraudulent activity - any such involvement detected, Link08 Limited will forward information to the fraud prevention merchant services and will undergo a fraud investigation which may also involve police investigation.
Whilst Link08 Limited will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the online ordering on the site will be available, accurate and error free, Link08 Limited will not be responsible or liable in any way for any interruption or discontinuance of any or all of the functionality of the site, including, without limitation, the online ordering and lay-by facility.

Prices, Tax & Duties
All prices shown on the website are in NZ dollars and are inclusive of GST.
For international orders the total price of your order will include 12.5% GST at checkout, however this will be deducted when your international order is processed and your credit card is charged.
The price advertised might not be the same price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations. This means that because we are based in New Zealand we have to convert your purchase to New Zealand dollars at the exchange rate on the day it is processed.
We reserve the right to alter prices on the site without notice. The price of a product displayed on the website at the time the order will be accepted and honoured as correct.

Payment Terms
Link08 Limited accepts major credit cards (Visa and Mastercard). The name and address provided in the billing details should match the information as they appear on credit card holder's statement. If not, we cannot process the order.
If credit card is declined during the order processing, customer will be notified via email and/or by telephone within 24 hours. An order will NOT be sent unless the credit card number or details entered is authorised.

At Link08 Limited we take care to make our website as secure as possible. All credit card transactions on this site are processed using a secure online payment with Direct Payment Solutions (DPS) http://www.paymentexpress.com

Link08 Limited does not hold your credit card details on the website or on our customer database, unless we are authorised to do so. In the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the site.

Cancellation of orders
If customers would like to cancel an order, Link08 Limited requests to be immediately notified within 24 hours of placing the online order.
Requests can be sent to info@link08.co.nz.
Requests for cancellation will be considered on a case-by-case basis and Link08 Limited will exercise its sole discretion in determining whether an order placed through the site may be cancelled.

Delivery
a) Typically you will collect your merchandise when you go to check in and/or register at the event. Please keep your Order form with you for proof of purchase and registration.
b) Currently, all New Zealand orders are shipped through Post Haste or NZ Post.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday only.

Courier Dispatch Times
We try our best to process your order, package it and get it on a courier as soon as possible. Reality is, it may take 5-7 days for your order to be delivered to your door. We rely on couriers to do their part also. Sometimes the courier company delay the delivery of your order, we are not responsibile for this - but we do our best to ensure they have all the informaiton they require to deliver it to you.  Please note that a very small number of orders require extra processing time for various reasons.

If you have ordered an item that is out-of-stock or sold-out, we will attempt to contact you immediately. Kindly understand that a delay may also occur if your credit card was declined or for address verification if your billing address was entered incorrectly.
PLEASE NOTE: Rural and some residential areas may require an additional day(s) delivery time.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES and REFUNDS
Procedure for Returning or Exchanging

Link08 Limited wants to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Should you wish to facilitate a return or exchange please email us at info@link08.co.nz  within three days of receiving the item and inform us you are returning it. Please note we are also unable to refund sale or discounted items, we are however happy to exchange if you contact us within the above time frame. We will not accept returns or exchanges for final reductions in the sale. All returns for any particular order will be returned at the buyers own cost. Once the order has been received by us it will undergo a quality control check. The item must not have been worn and all of the tags still in place.

If you wish to exchange, please email us your required size and we will reserve it for you if the item is in stock.

Receiving a Refund
Refunds will be made within 30 days of the item been received and passing our quality control check. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card. It is advised that you check items thoroughly upon collection before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.

Procedure for return of faulty goods.
Should you receive a faulty product please contact us immediately by emailing info@link08.co.nz will then advise you on the correct procedure.

Link08 Limited reserves the right to ammend this policy, in accordance with current NZ legislation.
